What are the benefits of a deep-pressure massage/sports massage?

Deep pressure and sports massages allow us to target persistent adhesions. Adhesions cause a lot of discomfort and pain. Stretching and exercises alone are not enough to promote good health. Deep tissue massages target adhesion build-ups and break them down allowing the body to flush it out.

How often should I get a massage?

Depending on the intensity of your training, the harder you push your body the faster your body gets worn out. Especially if you are performing 100% in every exercise, your body will not recover fast enough for you to rebound. With that being said everyone is different!

Does deep tissue massage hurt?

Short answer yes, my goal is to provide results, not relaxation, I provide just enough pressure as your body allows me to. My goal is to break adhesions and target pressure points.

How often does the treatment’s effect last?

Each person varies, clients usually express they feel the relief coming right after the treatment and it lasts for about 2-4 weeks however, I often suggest personal stretches and exercises for clients to maintain continued good health.
